About the job

At TAI Inc, we are on the lookout for a dedicated Administrative Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes while gaining valuable hands-on experience in a professional environment.

What you’ll do:

Oversee daily office operations, ensuring supplies and equipment are well-maintained.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Assist with documentation, correspondence, and effective record management.
Support HR functions, including employee onboarding and coordination.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate documentation promptly.
Deliver exceptional administrative support across various departments.
Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and presentation slides with precision.

What we’re looking for:

A Bachelor’s degree in Business-related field (current students may also apply).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
