Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain up to date documentation of data of the organization, file and enter data, reconcile invoices.
Communicate with internal staff members, customers/clients, contractors (Phone conversation required)
Prepare quotes, invoices and statement using accounting software (Training provided)
Participate in presenting ideas in improvising organization’s operations
Assist in other duties and activities under the direction of manager and senior department
Other duties and responsibilities are subject to matter of company’s discretion job roles relating under admin officer position

NOTE:

Should be available (Monday to Friday) only
Time Schedule is from 5:30 am till 1:30 pm.
Fluent English proficiency is must
Training provided for right candidate
