Job Description

Pukar International Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Admin Secretary to join our team. As an Admin Secretary, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and providing support to our team. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with HR-related tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee records management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
