Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Manage office inventory, and place orders for supplies as needed
Handle all incoming/outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages)
Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital)
Coordinate logistics for meetings (scheduling, room bookings, etc.)
Act as the main point of contact for phone, email, and visitor inquiries
Facilitate effective communication across departments/staff
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents
Maintain accurate databases and records
Process and organize data/information as required

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Less than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field
Experience in a manpower/staffing firm is a plus
Strong written/verbal communication skills, proficient in email writing
Excellent organizational abilities and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain confidentiality
Solid problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
