Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Oversee, coordinate and perform day to day college administrative functions
Prepare and maintain student records and ensure that they are updated regularly
Relay information to faculty and students using a variety of mediums
Maintain student’s attendance and immunization records
Assist parents with college registration and admission procedures
Manage students’ activities during break time and events
Maintain the student database
Organize student files and reports
Maintain account ledger
Collect the cash and keep record properly in system

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Other Specification

Must be able to operate Computer
Must have good typing skill
Must have accuracy in data entry
Experience in related field is needed
Completion of Intermediate Level is required
