Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

CLICKON International is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the finance department. The Assistant Accountant will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and help with preparing and processing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and reports.
Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile accounts and bank statements.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting regulations.
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable and receivable.
Support the senior accounting team with month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the senior accountant.

Other Specification

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience as an Assistant Accountant or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
