Roles and responsibilities of this job

A highly reputed private organization is looking for worthy Accounts/Finance Manager to handle area of Accounts, Cash & Banking Trade Transactions.

Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage the general accounting functions, including, but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes.
Prepare financial statements, business activity reports, and forecasts.
Ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes.
Prepare and review budgets, revenue, expenses, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents.
Develop and implement effective financial reporting and control systems.
Monitor and analyze accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles.
Coordinate and complete annual audits.
Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards.
Work with external auditors to ensure correct and timely closing and reporting at year-end.
