Roles and responsibilities of this job

The responsibility of this position is for Accounts Payable function
Data entry of invoices
Reconciliation of MYOB (Accounting system) to vendor statement
Dealing with supplier queries

The successful candidate will be an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk who enjoys working as part of a team. You will have accurate data entry skills. Exposure to MYOB would be advantageous.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

A minimum of a year of previous experience in Accounts Payable or accounting
University Degree – Minimum Bachelors in Business or Commerce or similar
Excellent communication skills in English – written & verbal
Exceptional attention to detail i.e. high level of accuracy required
Excellent time management and organizational skills
