Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant or Junior Accountant to join our Accounts Department. The ideal candidate will support the financial operations by managing routine accounting tasks and assisting in maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in preparing Account/financial reports.
Process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
Support the senior accounting staff in daily accounting tasks.
Handle basic administrative tasks related to accounting, such as filing and data entry etc.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial information is accurate and up-to-date.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance with minimum of one year experience in related field.
Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
