Candidates having no prior experience can apply to this position.
Basic Knowledge of Account and IT.
Knowledge of Accounting Software (Tally/Fact/Sahaj etc) is a plus point.
Knowledge of Accounting systems, Book Keeping and general accounting ledger (Computerized/Manual) is an added advantage.
Commendable skills in the use of spreadsheets(Excel), word processing etc.

Job Description

Provide Support both offline and Online
Manage guidelines of accounting records such as registers, ledgers, journals, and individual account in accounting Software for customers
Manage schedule visits to Client side for Accounting Software related issues, both online and offline
Good Communication Skills with Customers
Perform proper Schedule maintenance of all Customer records
