Roles and responsibilities of this job

Job Overview:

Account Officer will oversee all day to day accounting entries of Yeti Polychem Pvt. Ltd in Kathmandu. The account officer will report directly to the directors of the company. Some of the daily tasks required are mentioned below.

Responsibilities:

Record day-to-day entry of accounting data in Tally
Reconcile daily records with factory and banks
Create and maintain landed cost of raw materials
Create daily reports of sales, cash flow management, and LC
Review and finalize salary sheet in compliance with company policy
Prepare and file VAT and TDS returns
Prepare documents for audits
Knowledge of banking

Note:

Salary: Rs. 20,000 to 30,000 depending on experience

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:Not Required

Other Specification

Bachelor Degree in Business or Accounting
Experience of at least 2 years in a well-reputed firm
Strong knowledge and grasp of Tally
Excellent Excel skills. The candidate will know how to work with logic statements and know how to create and use pivot tables
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali language
Independent while working with high team spirit
Efficient and excellent time management skills
Excellent supervision and delegation abilities
Strong headed, tactfulness and excellent situation handling abilities
Proactive and perseverance
Goal setting abilities
