Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparation of financial statements
Document financial transactions by entering account information
Prepare asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information
Analyze and reconcile bank statements and general ledgers
Update journal entries for accrued expenses and revenue
Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed
Maintain accounting controls by following policies and procedures; complying with federal, state, and local financial legal requirements
Prepare and submit weekly/monthly reports
Contributing to, and developing, marketing plans and strategies
Prepare proposals and agreements with clients
Develop new business growth strategy by identifying and connecting with new business clients in specific categories
Focus on customer retention and satisfaction, and negotiate for the business interests

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 3 years

Other Specification

If Intermediate completed related experience should be more than or equals to 3 years
If Bachelor completed related experience should be more than or equals to 1 year also may apply
Intermediate or Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
Good Data Entry Management Skills (Should be fully acquainted with Tally or other accounting software)
Good computing skills (Should be familiar with Microsoft Office)
Firm grasp of basic and intermediate accounting principles and taxation
1+ years’ related experience preferred
Comfortable handling and storing confidential financial information
Excellent Reporting & Analytical Skills
Able and willing to correspond and deal with banks / relevant offices
Good communication and negotiation skills and ability to meet the deadline
Excellent writing and editing skills with ability to type in Nepali and English
Should be creative, analytical, and detail oriented
Must be highly mobile and willing to travel extensively on a daily basis
Driving license holder (at least two wheeler)
