We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team at Young Manpower. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and have a strong background in accounting, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
Oversee general ledger entries and reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations and prepare tax returns, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory filings.
Assist in preparing for internal and external audits, ensuring that all necessary documentation and reports are available for review.
Manage and track accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for the organization, ensuring that all financial resources are managed effectively.
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring timely and accurate payment to employees.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, provide insights, and recommend strategies for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and industry best practices.
Provide financial advice and insights to senior management to assist in strategic decision-making.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a recruitment or manpower agency environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, etc.) and MS Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
