Basic Requirements:

Education: MBA/BBA (completed).
Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage financial records, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger.
Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and statements.
Handle tax filings, compliance, and financial audits.
Develop and monitor budgets to ensure financial health.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage financial planning and cost analysis.
Utilize accounting software and tools for efficient bookkeeping.
Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies.
Assist in preparing payroll and managing employee compensation records.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word).
