Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Accountant to join our team at Shree Baba Baijunath Sugar and Chemical Industries Pvt. Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with local and national regulations.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant laws.
Coordinate with auditors and assist in audit processes.

NOTES: Salary will be provided based on experience.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years

Other Specification

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Nepali.
