Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Posting transactions, including bank reconciliations on Xero, QuickBooks and VT account
Monthly Management accounts
Prepare VAT returns in Xero, QuickBooks and VT accounts
Responding to client queries
General Admin and team support as required across the business
Managing and training junior employees, if needed.

Job Types: Full-time, 3 months probation leading to permanent role.
Schedule: 8-hour shift

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

ACCA or other Accounting and finance degree preferred.
Computer packages – Excel, Word, Outlook
Accounting computer packages – Xero, VT

Person Specification

Must have at least 1 year experience working on Xero Software or QuickBooks Software. Do not apply if no experience working on Xero.
Experience working on UK companies is preferred.
ACCA qualified or studier is preferred.
Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
Technical approach to work and excellent problem solving skills
Ability to work on own initiative
Committed team player
Attention to detail
Deadline driven and ability to work under pressure
Organisation skills - ability to manage a number of different tasks simultaneously
