Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software.
Record all financial transactions, including purchases, expenses, and income.
Assist in the development and monitoring of budgets for various projects and departments.
Work closely with the management team to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints.
Prepare regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Present financial reports to the management team and provide insights into financial performance.
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
Monitor cash flow and recommend strategies to maintain optimal liquidity.
Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits.
Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Oversee payroll processes, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax withholdings.
Ensure accuracy and timely distribution of paychecks.

Academic Requirements: Bachelor’s/ Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting

Required Skills:

Excellent organizing abilities
Great attention to detail
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software

Required Experiences:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar filed would be appreciated.
