Roles and responsibilities of this job

Store credit and jobber credit card Entry.
Vendor Eft Entry.
Fuel invoice Entry on C-store and Modisoft software and Excell as well as.
Daily fuel credit card imports.
Misc Invoice and Billing.
Store report review.
Missing report update to fuel supervisor.
Verifying paper report with c-store software.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Must have completed an on-going bachelor’s degree in accounting and finance.
Excellent organizing abilities.
Great attention to detail.
Must have more than one year Experience.
Microsoft Application Skill (Words, Excel, Email, and Internet).
Excellent Interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skill in English.
Effective Teamworking Skills.
