Job Description

  • Data entry and Bank reconcile
  • To bookkeeping at each transaction
  • To verify short/over
  • To verify paper manually and update on software
  • To record utilities, report every month
  • To maintain P/L report and Balance sheet
  • To record each transaction in accounting software (Sege)
  • To assist in preparing periodic and annual financial reports
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
