Job Description

Regular checking, verification and posting (as and when needed) of Purchase, Sales and Expenses invoices, Receipts, Payments and Journal Vouchers in concerned Accounting Software
Verification of purchases with Bill of Quantities
Allocation of expenses to cost centres
Preparation of Financial Statements, Projected Financial Statements (as per need) of companies in group
Preparation of monthly MIS and Management Reports of companies of Urban Group
Dealing with the Banks, vendors, creditors, debtors, auditors, consultants.
Ratio analysis of profits, expenditures and purchase vs sales, outstanding receivables, payables and other parameters concerned on a monthly and quarterly basis
Weekly bank reconciliation, daily cash recording and reporting
Tracking and adjusting advances of site and contractors
Deal with other departments for strengthening and implementation of Internal Control
VAT return, Income tax return, e-tds filing
VAT Reconciliation, Purchase and Sales Reconciliation
To support on Internal Audit on a quarterly basis
