Roles and responsibilities of this job

Preparing general accounting
Maintaining and analyzing complete accounts on computer in fact/swastik/tally
Reconciliation of Bank accounts, Debtors and Creditors
Monthly cash flow and costing
Cash & Bank handling
P&L & Balance sheet - Quarterly and Yearly

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Good understanding of accounting and financial reporting principles and practices
Proficiency on emails, MS office applications, TALLY/ Fact software and adaptability to learn ERP
Must have excellent Excel skills
Candidate will know how to work with logic statements and know how to create and use pivot tables
Should have strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali language
Independent while working with high team spirit
Efficient and excellent time management skills
Excellent supervision and delegation abilities
Strong headed, tactfulness and excellent situation handling abilities
