Job Description

Reporting and manage a team including Payroll Compliance, Contracts and Subcontracts.
Full responsible for managing the accounting department and prepare weekly/monthly financial reports.
Tracking items against project budget as per bill and payment to vendors.
Create and import spreadsheets, budgets and reports among the various software applications (Excel, Word, Tally ERP).
Communicating regularly with the vendors, Project Managers and Clients.
Prepare balance sheet and should have knowledge of audit and tax preparation
