Account Specialist

About the job

• Manage full-cycle accounting for the interior furnishing and furniture division, including general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular inventory valuation and cost analysis to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor and reconcile accounts, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
• Oversee financial transactions and ensure all are properly documented and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Coordinate with procurement and sales teams to track inventory, cost of goods sold (COGS), and margin analysis.
• Manage and optimize cash flow and working capital for the business unit.
• Handle tax reporting and liaise with external auditors during year-end audits.
