Roles and responsibilities of this job

We invites applications from qualified and experienced candidates for the position of Account Officer. The selected candidates will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, managing bookkeeping activities, and supporting overall accounting operations of the hospital and medical institution.

Core Responsibilities

Maintain proper books of accounts, ledgers, and financial records
Handle daily bookkeeping entries, vouchers, and documentation
Assist in preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries
Manage accounts payable and receivable
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, rules, and institutional policies
Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and verification
Support audits and provide required financial information
Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by management

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 5 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with minimum 5 years of relevant experience OR Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field with min. 2 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel
Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
