Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

The Account Officer will be responsible for managing the organization’s day-to-day financial operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in all accounting processes. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with sound knowledge of taxation, VAT, TDS, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable.
Prepare accurate financial statements, reports, and reconciliations.
Record and reconcile accounting entries using accounting software.
Ensure compliance with VAT, Income Tax Act, and other accounting standards.
Assist with the preparation of tax returns and ensure timely tax payments.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 4 years

Other Specification

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Minimum 4-5 years of work experience
Must have knowledge of the tax, VAT, and TDS
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Must have knowledge of Sales and Purchase
Must have knowledge of Banking processes, Bank entries, and Bank reconciliation
