Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounts Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's accounting functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Manage the company's payroll and benefits administration.
Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and credit control.
Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions.
Prepare and file tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Assist with the annual audit process.
Provide support to other departments on financial matters.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software Tally
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
