Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
Ensure proper documentation of all financial activities.
Prepare and reconcile VAT accounts.
Ensure timely and accurate filing of VAT returns.
Reconcile sales and purchase ledgers to ensure accuracy.
Monitor discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
Perform regular bank reconciliations.
Investigate and resolve any variances.
File VAT and TDS returns monthly.
Ensure compliance with applicable tax laws and regulations.
Prepare weekly, monthly, and annual financial reports for management.
Provide insights and recommendations based on financial analysis.
Reconcile ledgers and ensure the accuracy of all financial accounts.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies as necessary.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Good working knowledge of accounting software and MS office.
Required to work in a team.
Must be able to coordinate with governmental authorities regarding tax and legal matters.
Previous work experience in audit firm preferred.
