Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable and receivable functions.
Process invoices and expense reports accurately.
Prepare bank deposits and reconcile bank statements.
Maintain and update financial records.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
Handle communications with clients and vendors regarding billing and payments.
Perform general office duties, such as filing, answering phones, and responding to emails.
Other tasks as assigned by Supervisor (Finance Manager).

Qualifications

Education Level : Under Graduate (Bachelor)
