Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Overall management responsibility of day-to-day entry of accounting data in the software
Verify every sale, purchase and expense bills and ensure its duly and properly recorded.
Analysis of daily reports of sales, cash flow management
Submission of VAT and eTDS returns as required.
Ensuring the timely completion of banking transactions
Storekeeping & Stock management
Ensure all advances are settled on time
Ensure that the physical stock matches with accounting software.
Reconcile & verify bank, tax return, stock at the end of every month
Preparation of annual budget & overall handling of it during the operation throughout the year.
Handling payroll management
Follow-up & management of receivables & payables of organization including ageing analysis
Prepare financial statements & documents for annual audits

Other skill

Driving license and have own 2-wheeler vehicle
Counseling and dealing with parties

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 2 years

Other Specification

Bachelor Degree in Management/Account/Finance (Masters degree will have added value.)
At least 2 years’ experience in similar post

Strong knowledge of accounting software
Excellent Excel skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Nepali language
Independent while working with high team spirit
Efficient and excellent time management skills
Excellent supervision and delegation abilities

Ability to direct and supervise

Note: The salary will be Rs. 30,000 or above, depending on the candidate's experience.
