Job Description

Creating and processing invoices.
Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy.
Managing a company’s accounts payable and receivable.
Sending bills and invoices to clients.
Tracking organization expenses.
Processing refunds within time period.
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
Prepare vouchers; carry out data entry in computerized accounting system, filing, handle petty cash, banking transactions, payments etc.
Prepare payroll of the company and its related tasks.
Prepare bank/ cash reconciliation and other financial statements as required.
Duly deduction of tax from the employee, hired experts, logistics, transportations etc. as per the prevailing rules and regulation of the nation.
