Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a reliable Account Officer with at least 3 years of experience in the related field. Your responsibilities will be updating books of account, ensure the compliance with Nepal tax laws and other governing laws.The goal is to contribute to the decision-making process of management that will ensure business growth and long-term success.

Responsibilities

General accounting
Record accounting transactions accurately into the company’s book of accounts
Ensure the authenticity of supporting documents
Bank reconciliations and party reconciliations
Weekly internal reporting
Preparation of Financial Statements
Budget planning & Execution
VAT Return, IT Return Filing, Obtaining Tax Clearance Certificate
Maintain Payroll & Salary Processing

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

At least Bachelor's degree in Finance/Business Studies, semi qualified CA/ACCA or equivalent.
At least 3-4 years experience in accounting field( Candidate should have experience letter for the same).
Experience in working in NGO with knowledge of working with Social Welfare Council preferred.
Proficient in English language.
Experience in using accounting software.
Computer Skills: MS Office.
Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
