Job Description

  • Support preparation of appropriation of accounts and budgets
  • Administration and filing of taxes i.e. Income tax, Education tax, Salary TDS, etc
  • Preparation of cash flow information reports
  • Liaise with auditors and audit firm staff as and when required
  • Support in preparation of audit reports; responsible for daily financial transactions
  • Record all student fee record and timely payment to teachers
  • Raise invoices; support collection and credit management
  • Maintenance of cashbook receipts; balance of cash book
  • Reconciliation of bank and cash account
