Job Description

Responsibilities:

Review day-to-day factory operations to ensure smooth financial management.
Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports.
Monitor financial details to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Analyze revenue, expenses, and financial trends to assist in decision-making.
Provide financial forecasts and support management in strategic financial planning.
Assist in internal and statutory audits, ensuring transparency and compliance.
Visit the factory at month-end for financial closing and operational assessments.
Review and process company payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Maintain an accurate filing and record-keeping system for all financial statements and company documents.
Participate in implementing changes to procedures, policies, and systems to support business growth, compliance, and scalability.
