Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Voucher filling and organizing all financial documents for the company
Accurately entering purchase, journal, and credit note entries into the system
Conducting sales reconciliation and party reconciliation to ensure accuracy and consistency in financial records
Good knowledge of basic tally entries and ability to effectively use Tally software
Proficient in Excel for data analysis and financial reporting purposes
Collaborate with various departments to gather and organize financial data
Communicate with vendors and clients to resolve any financial discrepancies
Adhere to all financial regulations and compliance standards
Assist in preparing financial reports and budgets
Support the accounting team with various tasks and projects as needed.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
More than 1 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry preferred
Excellent analytical and organizational skills
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of accounting software, preferably Tally
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
