Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Maintain financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
Preparing Sales & Purchase Register and file monthly VAT Returns and TDS.
Preparation and Disbursement of Monthly Payroll of the company.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial transactions.
Reconcile all business accounts to ensure our records match up and no transaction gets lost.
Facilitate all incoming payments and outgoing payments, including printing, obtaining signatures for, and distributing cheques as necessary.
Follow up with vendors for accounts payable and keep in touch as needed for corrections and ensure bills are paid on time.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tigg/ Tally ERP) & HR Software (Rigo HRM / Nimble HRM)
Work experience as an Accountant
Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Advanced MS Excel skills
Experience with general ledger functions
Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
Semi Qualified CA , Finance or relevant degree
