Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking a motivated Account Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounts department and aiding in financial record keeping.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports
Monitor and process invoices and payment requests
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
Prepare and submit tax forms and returns
Handle data entry and processing of financial transactions
Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
Communicate effectively with clients and vendors regarding invoicing and payment inquiries
Provide general administrative support to the accounts department
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

BBA completed or a similar degree in accounting or finance
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in the security service industry
Proficiency in Tally Software is a must
Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must have a valid two-wheeler liccense
