Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified candidates as Account Assistant in this private manufacturing company where they are supposed to carry out the following task under the guided rules of the company, Nepal Government.

Responsibilities:

Keep day to day record of the financial transactions of the company.
Manage daily cash and bank transactions.
Prepare weekly Sales and Debtors record.
Prepare monthly expenditure reports.
Managing documents for the Tax purposes.
Making follow up calls and reconciling accounts with the customers
Prepare monthly sales statement.
Prepare profit and loss statements, monthly closing and cost accounting reports.
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts, such as general ledger accounts and document business transactions.
Other additional duties as required as an accountant.
