Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Knowledge of Accounting Software viz. TALLY
Taxation Knowledge
2 Wheeler driving license
Proper compilation, sorting & verification of financial documents.
Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Recording and filing cash transactions.
Controlling credit and chasing debt.
Invoice processing and filing.
Bank reconciliation.
Liaising with third party providers, clients and suppliers.
Updating and maintaining procedural documentation.
Implementation of financial policies & procedures.

Job Timing: 09:30 A.M to 06:00 P.M
Provision Period: 3 Months

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Ability to work as part of a team and take direction accurately.
Analytical thinker and problem solver.
Competent IT skills, particularly proficiency with spreadsheet software.
High level of accuracy.
Extremely organised in a manner that is easily read by others.
Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.
Administrative skills.
