Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Assist in keeping proper accounts of all the financial transactions of the organisation
Performing basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc.
Process the payment, check the completeness of the payment documents, prepare payment schedule for payment to suppliers
Assisting with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare and submit different finance related reports
Any other finance related works assigned by the supervisors.

Salary & Benefits: As per NNJS Rules and Regulations.

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 1 year

Other Specification

Bachelors’ Degree with specialization in Accounting or Finance.
1 years’ work experience in a similar role.
Proven knowledge regarding bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.
Basic knowledge in prevailing laws and regulations on taxation and accounting.
Exceptional time management and verbal and communication abilities.
High attention to detail, accuracy and deadline-oriented.

Required Skills: Accounting, Basic knowledge of TDS, VAT, Basic Administrative Skills.
