Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Provide support to the Accounting Department
Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing the mail, etc
Handle communications with clients and vendors via phone, email, and in-person
Process transactions and updating ledgers etc
Assist in preparing financial reports
Assist with audits, fact checks, and resolving discrepancies
Perform tasks as assigned by the supervisor
English spoken and written language required
Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than 1 year

Other Specification

Must be able to work at a fast pace, independently and with a team
Must have knowledge of accounting software
Good knowledge of computer and applications like MS Office
Sound knowledge of Income Tax Act/Rules, VAT Act/Rules
Ability to prepare tax documents and audit documentation will be plus point
