Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Understand the student’s choice and background for his/her further abroad studies, and to counsel and assist them in attaining their career goals
Identify options for student to satisfy degree requirements
Provide genuine and quality counseling to students – counsel them with complete and comprehensive information regarding selected universities and course offer
Be updated about the immigration policies that are applicable to international students for studying in Australia/New Zealand/UK
Assist students in process starting from application to enrolment
Provide pre-admission advise for prospective students
Attend educational fairs/seminars/workshops when required
Prepare students for Admission/Visa Interview
Prepare and execute plans and ideas based on marketing activities, increase sales and students satisfaction
Make weekly reports and regularly follow up clients and report to the line Manager/concern authority
Perform other tasks as required

Bachelor degree (in any discipline) from a recognized institution
Candidates with minimum 1-2 year experience in the sector/position will be highly preferred

Skills Required:

Good knowledge of Australian education systems Education Counseling, Admission processing, visa documentation and VISA submission process
Good interpersonal and Communication skills
Pleasant personality with excellent public speaking, presentation skills
Ability to use various computer applications
Fluency in English (Written & Spoken)
