Roles and responsibilities of this job

Candidate should have strong skills of 3D modelling Rendering, and Visualization to work with Architect and Designer team in large scale building Infrastructure design projects such as Mixed-use, Hotel, Commercial, and Township development.

Required Skills:

Proficiency in 3D modelling, Rendering, and Graphics software (not limiting to) 3D Studio Max, Sketchup, VRay, Lumion, Photoshop, and In-Design including post-production skills and photographic integration
Understanding of CAD drawings related to building designs
An understanding of 3D visualization, animation, and photography in context of Architectural / Building design
An eye for art, lighting, composition and imagery

The position requires involvement in all stages of projects from early conceptual stage to final production stage of 3d models and rendered photo-realistic views including presentation sheets.
