Job Description

  • Two wheeler & driving license is must. 
  • Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
  • Degree in IT will be a plus.
  • Develop positive relationships with clients.
  • Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
  • Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase.
  • Report on the status of accounts and transactions
  • Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
  • Monitor sales metrics (e.g. Monthly, Quarterly sales results, and annual forecasts)
  • Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Ability to Plan for the achievement of monthly/annual sales targets. 
  • Monitor prices and new products regularly. 
  • Ensure the expansion of the market and increase in sales. 
  • Visit customers on a regular basis and canvass new customers. 
  • Follow-up on leads, prospects, and customer-related matters 
  • Coordinate with Order Loading (Licensing), Accounts, and Technical to ensure on-time customer service. 
  • Coordinate with Technical and Product Development Teams for customized orders 
  • Provide competitor information to management on a regular basis. 
  • Provide options for expansion of sales. 
  • Identify and report new and changing customer requirements on products. 
  • Provide information on key product sales. 
  • Provide KPI progress information on a weekly basis. 
  • Attend to customer complaints on products and services. 
  • Participate in promotional activities and marketing campaigns. 
  • Provide information on outstanding dues to the finance department and coordinate.
