Job Description

  • Responsible for the leading the project compliances of assignments of supply or tender of the product. This includes managing, developing and implementing sales strategies, and buillding and maintaining relationships with key clients/projects.
  • Preparing and execution of Tender/Bidding documentations.
  • Responsible for meeting or exceeding project targets and contributing to the overall growth for the success of the company.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive threats, and growth opportunities.
  • Direct the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, events, and partnerships.
  • Foster strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and manage sales and marketing budgets effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and cost control.
  • Collaborate closely with other departments such as product development, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and synergy across the organization.
