Job Description

  • Developing and implementing strategic territory sales plans to achieve revenue targets
  • Managing and coaching a team of sales representatives in the assigned territory
  • Analyzing market data, industry trends, and customer insights to identify sales opportunities
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with existing key accounts
  • Conducting sales calls, product demonstrations, and negotiations with customers
  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution
  • Monitoring competitor activities and market share within the territory
  • Preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and territory performance reports
  • Ensuring compliance with company sales policies and legal regulations
  • Representing the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences within the territory
