We are a 3 star boutique hotel with 27 rooms inventory located in Boudha, Kathmandu and this Sales Officer position is a full-time on-site role. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential clients through cold calls to generate leads and build relationships.
• Public Relations: Develop and maintain a robust PR network within the local market to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
• Online Booking Channels: Oversee and manage the company's online booking platforms, ensuring they are optimized for maximum efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Yield Management: Implement and manage yield management strategies to optimize revenue, including analyzing market trends and adjusting pricing strategies accordingly.

Requirements : 

• Minimum experience in sales of 1 year and above.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
• Proficiency in managing online booking channels and yield management practices.
• Self-motivated, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
