Job Specification

Education level: completion of Bachelor (BSc/ BBS/BBA) from reputed university

Experience Required:  More than or equal to 1 year in related field will be of added advantage 

Professional skill required:

• Proficiency in Microsoft office package (outlook, Excel, PPT and word)
• Nepali typing
• Familiarity with design software will be of added advantage.
• Good communication skill in Nepali as well as English

Job responsibilities:

• Procurement, settlement and dispatch of gift inputs.
• Arrangement , settlement and dispatch of print inputs
• Compilation of monthly implementation report.
• Promotional material inventory management
• Assist in local procurement of promotional inputs : Vendor Identification, Collecting Quotes, etc.
• Maintaining local expense record as per the local procurement SOP
• Ensure timely delivery/dispatches of inputs to the team as per the distribution plan
• Maintaining GRN and Inventory record post-dispatch
• Support during events and activities for Local MPD/CM - Local purchase for DGM/Conferences/Camps etc
• Collecting and compiling monitoring data
