Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Customer Service Representative based in Nepal to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries and issues in Mandarin Chinese in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and requests received via email, live chat, and social media channels in Mandarin 
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to orders, products, services, billing, and other general queries
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to appropriate teams or supervisors when necessary
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements or potential product enhancements based on customer feedback
  • Achieve and maintain customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers

Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency proficiency in Mandarin Chinese (minimum HSK Level 5 accreditation or equivalent)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and provide effective solutions
  • Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Good time management and organizational skills

Offered Salary : 70k to 100k
