Job Description

  • Plan, execute, measure and optimize all digital marketing campaigns across web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, display advertising and other channels
  • Design, build and maintain the company's social media presence across multiple platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance data, measure against goals/KPIs, identify trends/insights to optimize marketing spend and performance
  • Brainstorm and implement new, creative growth strategies leveraging digital marketing tactics
  • Plan, execute and measure A/B tests, conversion tests and experiments
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to create landing pages and optimize end-to-end customer experience across channels/touchpoints
  • Identify critical conversion points, dropoff points and optimize user funnels
  • Oversee and manage the entire digital marketing department, including budgeting, database, email and display campaigns
  • Prepare comprehensive performance reports evaluating metrics like website traffic, leads, audience engagement
  • Coordinate with agencies, vendors, advertising/media partners to enhance marketing results
  • Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership on potential adoption
  • Develop and manage social media platform strategy
  • Oversee digital projects like contests, giveaways
  • Utilize strong analytical abilities to drive data-driven marketing optimization
