Professional Skill Required	:	Leadership Facilitation Communication Teamwork Problem Solving

Currently enrolled in Bachelor's in Management, or Social Science subjects such as Social Work, Development Studies, and Psychology are preferred
Strong written and verbal English communication skills
Leadership and interpersonal skills with good computer skills
Ability to develop external communication reports, monthly reports, curriculum, and daily lesson plans.

Support the Youth Program Coordinator in the documentation and organization of all the program resources;

Lead the facilitation of Youth Program classes and field visits for beneficiaries;
Support in the coordination and implementation of all community events with partner and external organizations;
Support in creating a good database of organizations and strategies to strengthen components of the Youth Program;
Prepare all Youth Program internal and external communication reports;
Provide logistical and operational support to all other components of the Youth Program and ensure proper documentation of the beneficiaries’ data;
Participate in all official communications and administrative duties;
Provide assistance to any other projects if and when required.
